Our firm is honored to have led the development, construction, and licensing of what is now the largest-capacity inpatient hospice facility in the State of California, with the state’s maximum allowable 24-bed capacity.

From the beginning, this project required a comprehensive approach—starting with land acquisition, annexation, and rezoning to meet local municipal requirements, followed by thoughtful design, regulatory compliance, and the successful acquisition of all necessary permits.

Eighteen months later, this unique and beautifully designed facility opened its doors, becoming a vital space of care and compassion for patients and families from across the country.

We are incredibly proud not only of the technical achievement of bringing this project to life, but also of the deeper significance of our role.
