We began our work with the City of Fresno by conducting thorough environmental studies, which laid the foundation for obtaining all necessary entitlements. From there, we moved into the construction phase to deliver a 28-unit luxury condominium development designed to stand out from the competition.

A key design feature that set this project apart was our commitment to privacy and comfort—we ensured that none of the units shared livable walls. Instead, each unit was uniquely connected only through garage walls, providing residents with an added sense of independence and quiet living, rarely seen in multi-family developments.

The construction process posed several challenges, including working through an unusually wet winter and dealing with the region's clay-heavy soil conditions. Despite the weather delays and difficult site conditions, we delivered the project successfully, on budget and to a high standard of quality.

Upon completion of construction, our firm was retained to provide initial property management services, including leasing and tenant placement. Within just 90 days, we achieved full occupancy with high-quality tenants who aligned with the vision of the community. This successful lease-up further demonstrated the market demand for well-designed, thoughtfully built housing in Fresno.
