This unique project involved the complete renovation of a 3,400-square-foot residence, serving as the primary home for the principal of our firm. The goal was to create a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living, maximizing the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean that define the property. In addition to the full renovation of the interior, a significant deck expansion was done to connect the natural surroundings and offer ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment while taking full advantage of the panoramic vistas.
