This congregate health care facility was developed, designed, and constructed as a ground-up project, offering an 18-bed capacity and featuring state-of-the-art amenities. These include a hydrotherapy tub room, physical therapy room, communal dining area, multiple storage rooms, and additional specialized spaces to support patient care and operational efficiency.

Our firm was engaged to manage the project in its entirety — from initial land acquisition to the final licensing and approvals. Our comprehensive scope included site selection, securing all necessary entitlements and permits, and providing end-to-end construction management services encompassing grading, framing, and coordination of all building trades.
In addition to construction, we also provided strategic consulting services to ensure the facility achieved full compliance and licensing through the California Department of Health. The project concluded with successful city inspections, approvals, and full licensure at both state and federal levels.
